Emblem

Bandung Polytechnic of Textile Technology emblem consists of 4 (four) parts, namely:

  1. Torch, meaning that knowledge is a torch of life that brings the light of happiness to eternal nobility. The flame torch is red. The color red means courage.
  2. Cotton florets with petals and stalks, mean textiles. Cotton is a natural textile raw material that has never been defeated by other types of fiber. White cotton florets. White means honesty and purity.
  3. Upright cotton stalks with single roots and fibers, symbolizing the establishment of the College of Textile Technology as a supporter of the development of the textile industry.
  4. The cotton leaves are in the form of expanding wings, meaning that they are always trying to reach a higher level by depicting ancient batik mythology, also depicting the shape of the nail leaf which symbolizes the word kukuan which is the greatness of the grayness of Pajajaran where Bandung Polytechnic of Textile Technology is located. Yellow cotton leaves. Yellow means wealth and nobility.
